Iyinoluwa Aboyeji Quits Learn Africa Board

Serial entrepreneur and tech enthusiast, Mr Iyinoluwa Aboyeji, has resigned from the board of Learn Africa Plc.
Learn Africa, a company listed on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) Limited, is one of the largest educational publishers in the country.
In a regulatory notice, the organisation disclosed that Mr Aboyeji was no longer on its board as a non-executive director with effect from Tuesday, September 7, 2026.
The reason for the resignation was not given, but the educational firm wished Mr Aboyeji well in his future endeavours.
He was also appreciated for his contributions to the growth of the organisation during his time on the board.
“The board expresses its sincere gratitude for his dedicated service and strategic guidance, which have been instrumental to the company’s growth in the educational technology space. The board wishes him continued success in his future pursuits,” parts of the statement read.
The 35-year-old co-founder of Andela was once the chief executive of the popular financial technology (fintech) firm, Flutterwave.
He is currently the chief executive of Future Africa, a venture platform valued at over $6 billion. He also established Learn2earn, a revolutionary platform that allows users to learn to code and earn while learning.
