A leading turnkey iGaming solutions provider, Moobifun, has appointed a new chief executive officer and he is Mr Jerome-Olivier Falcon.

“I’m honoured to join Moobifun as CEO and cannot wait to get working on elevating the company to even greater heights.

“Moobifun has rightly earned a stellar reputation thanks to its unrivalled localised knowledge of the African gaming space. An ability to anticipate and meet the needs of gaming, telecom operators and regulators has been achieved through its proprietary technological services.

“Company focus will revolve on asserting leadership by developing our activities in new territories, while simultaneously delivering highly responsible gaming experiences. We’ll achieve this for players, customers and partners by utilising automated and intelligent monitoring tools, from the game, to payments, to acquisition and loyalty marketing,” Mr Falcon said of his appointment.

Also commenting, the co-founder of Moobifun, Santiago Mosquera said, “After co-founding and building Moobifun over a 13 year period, I feel it is the right time to pass the reins to Jerome to steer the business through the next hugely exciting chapter.

“The company is in a terrific position of strength following the private investment raised and is a true leader in gaming technology solutions in Africa. Jerome-O Falcon has a wealth of experience from his ante and post-regulation career in mature markets, as well as his achievements with premium gaming operators like Unibet, Ladbrokes and Stars Group.”

A statement issued by the company said the iGaming expert will to continue expand the business from its fantastic foundation and leverage its position as Africa’s trusted digitisation specialist with a portfolio of premium partners.

He will ensure that the organisation engage in new commercial partnerships as these will play an integral role in amplifying the business with the goal of doubling revenue within the first half of 2023, before tripling turnover by the conclusion of the year.

Core focus areas will be enhancing Moobifun’s suite of gaming technology tools, rolling out further localised payment solutions, exclusive content distribution deals and major sports sponsorships to drive greater engagement.

In addition, he will implement a new flexible organisation framework to improve Moobifun’s ability to address new markets and territories. Furthermore, this template will provide scope to work closely with new tech like AI prediction tools to optimise marketing and retention strategies.
