Pensions Alliance Picks Onoro as Acting Managing Director

Leading Nigerian Pension Fund Administrator (PFA), Pensions Alliance Limited, has announced a change of guards in the highest level of its leadership.

The firm, in a statement on Monday, disclosed that its erstwhile Managing Director, Mrs Morohunke Bammeke, concluded her term with effect from Thursday, October 3, 2019, while the Executive Director of Finance and Operations since 2013, Mr Godwin Onoro has been asked to take over the position in an acting capacity until a new substantive boss is announced.

In the press statement signed by the Company Secretary, Ms Folasade Modebelu, it was stated that the assured that the change in leadership will not affect its regular business processes or operations.

It further assured stakeholders of its “commitment to delivering competitive returns on their retirement savings, while ensuring that they retire with a smile.”

Pensions Alliance Limited is a joint venture between First Securities Discount House Limited (FSDH) (now known as FSDH Merchant Bank) and African Alliance Insurance Company Limited.

The company is a licensed Pension Fund Administrator with over 13 years of professional experience in Pension Funds Administration.

It was incorporated on April 14, 2005 to manage and administer retirement savings contributions of employees in Nigeria as a result of the Pension Reform Act of 2004.
