Ms Helen Ese Emore has resigned from the board of Courteville Business Solutions Plc as a Director of the company.
It was gathered that by a letter dated November 13, 2018, Ms Emore resigned her position with immediate effect.
In a statement issued by Courtville, the board thanked the former director “for her immeasurable contributions to the affairs of the company and wishes her the very best in her future endeavours.”
Meanwhile, Courteville has announced the appointment of Mr Oladimeji Sanni to the board of the firm as an independent non-executive director.
It was stated that Mr Sanni’s industry experience cuts across management consulting, financial services, power and oil & gas.
Mr Sanni was the Chief Executive Officer of Viathan Engineering Limited and was also the Commercial/Business Development Manager in the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria. He has also worked in Accenture Consulting as a Manager and Fidelity Bank Plc as the Business Development Manager.
He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Ile-Ife, Osun State and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Aberdeen Business School.
Mr Sanni is said to be well versed in delivering strategic and articulated business initiatives to grow market share and ensure top quality organizational performance. He is also able to translate strategic goals to operational business decisions, leading teams and inspire a shared version.
In a statement, the board expressed confidence that Mr Sanni’s vast and relevant experience in Human Resource Management, Risk Management and Strategy would add value to the quality and the diversity of the company’s highest decision making body.
As a result, he has also been appointed as a member of the Board Committees on Risk Management Committee; and Corporate Governance & Remuneration Committee.
