Uja Joins Diamond Bank as Secretary/Legal Adviser

Ms Uzoma Uja has been announced as the new Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Diamond Bank Plc.

The lender, in a statement signed by its Deputy Managing Director, Caroline Anyanwu, noted that Ms Uja’s appointment took effect from Monday, July 3, 2017.

“We write to formally notify the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) that Ms Uzoma Uja has been appointed as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Diamond Bank Plc with effect from July 3, 2017,” the statement said.

“We request that all correspondence requiring the banl’s attention should be forwarded to Ms Uzoma Uja at [email protected],” it added.

Ms Uja was the erstwhile Company Secretary of Lafarge Africa Plc. She reportedly resigned from the cement firm some days ago.
