JUST IN: Veteran Nigerian Actor Amaechi Muonagor Dies After Illness

A veteran Nollywood actor, Amaechi Muonagor, has died a few days after he pleaded for assistant on social media for his failing health.

The Nigerian actor reported died on Sunday, according to multiple reports.

He is the second movie star in Nigeria to have died within a month.

Another veteran actor, Mr John Okafor, otherwise known as Mr Ibu, died on March 2, 2024, at a private health facility in Lagos after undergoing a leg amputation.

Mr Muonagor, who died today, had been down with stroke and diabetes. He cried for financial help a few days from his hospital bed to under medical treatment outside the country.
