Sunday, August 6, 2017, marked yet another gritty and emotional episode of The Voice Nigeria as contestants once again went to battle.

#TeamPatoranking’s Nisa and Annie performed ‘Beneath Your Beautiful’ by Labyrinth, with Annie chosen as the winner by her coach, while Hightee and Blessyn performed ‘No Air’ by Jordin Sparks. Hightee went through to the next round.

#TeamWaje’s Obichi and Zicsaloma dueled by performing ‘Romantic’ by Korede Bello and Tiwa Savage, with Obichi emerging as the victor.

Also #TeamWaje’s Glowrie and Wilson performed ‘Every Woman’ by Babyface and Toni Braxton with Glowrie winning the battle whilst Wilson was stolen by #TeamYemiAlade.

#TeamTimi had Blessed and Bada performing Stevie Wonder’s ‘Signed, Sealed, Delivered,’ a performance that saw Bada getting picked by his coach.

#TeamYemiAlade paired Majeeka and Wole as they sang Niyola’s ‘Toh Bad’, Majeeka won the battle and #TeamTimi had his first steal with Wole.

The battles continue to heat up as only four steals remain up for grabs. Who wins again next week, and who goes home on The Voice Nigeria?
