The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) is currently hosting four delegates from the Bank of Uganda on a five day benchmarking visit.

The delegates are in Nigeria to understudy the Commission’s implementation of the Balanced Scorecard Methodology and QuickScore automation.

The NCC had deployed Balanced Scorecard as the management tool for monitoring and performance management of its five-year Strategic Management Plan from 2014-2018.

The delegates were welcomed by the Executive Vice Chairman and the Executive Commissioners. There will be presentations by various departments of the Commission to the delegates from Uganda.

The Bank of Uganda commended the Nigeria’s telecommunication industry regulator for the sanity it has brought in the sector.
