BREAKING: Police Arrest Ex-PDP Director Deji Adeyanju

Former New Media Director to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mr Deji Adeyanju, has reportedly been arrested by security operatives.

Mr Adeyanju was said to have been apprehended by the police in Abuja while trying to stage a peaceful protest to clamour for open trial for leader of a pro-Biafra group, Mr Nnamdi Kanu.

Mr Kanu, a leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has been in detention for several months and the Federal Government is planning a secret trial for him.

Mr Adeyanju recently launched the #NoToSecretTrial for Nnamdi Kanu campaign and fixed today for a protest to force the government to throw away tits initial plan.

Meanwhile, there have been calls for this immediate release.
