Some high-performing Business-to-Business (B2B) sales customers of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc were recently recognised and rewarded for their pivotal role in the success of the company.

At an event to end the multi-city tour on Tuesday, March 12 at the Marriott Hotel in Lagos, over 100 top customers and business partners, including dealers, direct-buying bakers, and corporate buyers, were feted by the flour miller.

The programme, held under the organisation’s annual B2B Sales Customers Forum, provided another opportunity for customers to network, engage with the leadership of the company, and discuss products and services.

In addition, attendees of the event held in Delta, Akwa Ibom, Abuja, Ibadan, and Lagos, gained insights into Flour Mills’ strategic plans for customers and economic growth.

The Head of Commercial B2B at Flour Mills, Mr John Maniatis, described the “Annual B2B Sales Customers Forum [as] a highlight for connecting with the bakers, dealers, and partners who are pivotal to our success.”

“This year’s events provided an excellent platform to honour our top performers, strengthen relationships, and gather insights to better serve our customers in the year ahead,” he added.

“FMN’s success is built on the tremendous efforts of our distribution partners and commercial customers.

“The B2B Sales Customers Forum allows us to express our sincere gratitude while reinforcing our shared mission to nourish Nigeria through innovative food solutions,” Mr Maniatis stated.

It was gathered that the top customers were recognized across multiple categories for their outstanding sales performance and commitment to the company’s brands.
