One of the leading brokerage companies in the country, Morgan Capital Securities Limited, has confirmed that a technical glitch is responsible for the difficulty in accessing its training app for buying and selling stocks at the moment.

Some users of the popular i-Trade app of Morgan Capital have not been able to access their dashboards to execute trading actions.

It was observed that other stock broking firms have been having a similar issue, prompting some traders to speculate that the issue would have been from the exchange.

In a mail to its customers on Thursday, March 14, 2024, Morgan Capital confirmed that the technical glitch it is undergoing is from the bourse.

However, it has provided an alternative to clients for the execution of their trading orders.

“This is to inform you that there is a technical issue from [the] exchange at the moment.

“Kindly send us your transaction mandates to [email protected] to enable us to execute them in-house.

“Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused,” the message sent by the company, which was sighted by Business Post, read.
