Mrs Oluseye Sanday has resigned from the board of Honeywell Flour Mills Plc, the leading Nigerian conglomerate has disclosed.
In a statement signed by the Company Secretary, Mrs Oluyemisi Busari, it was explained that Mrs Sandey left the firm to pursue her personal dreams.
According to Honeywell Plc on its website, Mrs Sandey held the position of the Director in charge of Finance and IT while she was at the company.
“We hereby notify the general public that Mrs Oluseye Dandey has resigned from the Board of Honeywell Flour Mills Plc with effect from April 28, 2017, in order to pursue her personal goals.
“Her resignation letter will be tabled before the Board of Directors during its meeting in June 2017,” the statement said.
Honeywell Flour Mills Plc is one of the major players in the flour milling company in Nigeria and was registered as Gateway Honeywell Flour Mills Limited on in 1985 before it changed to its present name in 1995.
