Helicopter Carrying Osinbajo Crash Lands in Kogi

A small plane conveying Nigeria’s Vice President, Mr Yemi Osinbajo, crash landed on Saturday in Kabba area of Kogi State.

However, Mr Osinbajo is safe without any injury, Business Post learned.

Spokesman of the Vice President, Mr Laolu Akande, confirmed this unfortunate incident on Saturday afternoon.

“VP Osinbajo’s Chopper crash lands in Kabba, but he and the entire crew safe,” Mr Akande posted on his Twitter page.

Mr Osinbajo has been visiting different states of the federation to canvass votes for President Muhammadu Buhari and himself for the presidential election taking place on the 16th of this month.
