Getting a decent accommodation in Nigeria is a herculean task and when that is eventually solved, paying for it is another huddle one has to face.

These and others are the main reasons housing has become a huge challenge in the country and efforts by the various governments to address them have not yielded the expected results.

For example, getting land in Lagos is like a camel passing through the eye of the needle because of land grabbers, who dupe or harass people on their properties. They are like a bone in the throat.

But one company that is determined to ensure that Nigerians do not go through all these issues is SSAFRI Homes & Properties Limited.

The firm, reputed for its prompt service delivery and is located in the busy Akowonjo area of Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State, disclosed that it was established to bring succour to its clients.

“We are different in the sense that we build home and not a house. We had a plan to change the face of homes and properties,” the CEO of the company, Mr Sunday Ayeni, as well as an Executive Director of the organisation, Mr Samuel Ayeni, disclosed.

According to them, “Before now, people have been defrauded by many property companies but we are here to bring smiles to faces of clients. You will discover that in Lagos there is a lot of accommodation problems, we are well-positioned to solve such a problem.”

“On our part, we will be involved directly in the tasks. This is one of the reasons why we go into real estate in order to reduce frauds in the business and to also solve housing challenges in Nigeria,” the executives of the firm assured.

The duo stated further that, “We have a package where all you have to do is pay and move in, even with 70 per cent money paid you can move in.”

Recall that recently, SSAFRI Homes & Properties Limited announced a veteran actress, Jaiye Kuti, as the brand ambassador of the company.

Speaking on the choice of the movie star for the job, the Ayenis said “Jaiye has been on our mind for years and we have been watching her for some time. She is a cool actress without any negativity or scandal, so choosing her was a very good decision we took.”
