A top fitness trainer, Ruby Agu, has entered into a partnership with Heritage Bank to promote the well-being and ‘Timeless Health’ of Nigerian women.

The Dance Aerobics session, which will be anchored by Ruby Agu, who is a certified Fitness Trainer, Weight Management Specialist and Wellness Blogger, and Tomi Oyesola, Heritage Bank’s Group Head of Retail Banking for Lagos Island Region, who is a fitness enthusiast herself, is aimed at fostering a sense of wellness among women staff and customers of Heritage Bank as part of the activities to mark the International Women’s Day.

According to a statement made available by the bank, it is also expected that a culture that highlights “Timeless Health” as a major underlying requisite for wealth creation, preservation and transfer will be imbibed through Heritage women, and spread to the rest of society.

The statement emphasised that Heritage Bank has a belief in the connection between well-being and wealth, and this is not a cliché.

Having just launched the gender-focused banking proposition “PowerBase” at the recent Heritage Bank-organized Female Entrepreneurial Forum that held simultaneously across four major Nigerian cities on International Women’s Day, the Bank is “putting her money where her mouth is” with a high-energy fitness-focussed gathering of women in Lagos.
