Spectranet Reintroduces N7000 Data Plan

One of the leading internet service providers in Nigeria, Spectranet, has reintroduced its N7,000 data package.

Few months ago, the company hiked its N7000 data plan to N10,000 after it introduced the unified tariff plan, which affords all Spectranet subscribers across the country to enjoy the same tariff as against the former practise.

But apparently miffed that consumers were not happy with the development, Spectranet has decided to reintroduce it, but with lesser data allocation.

With the new data plan, customers are entitled to 15GB data and monthly roll over.

According to the marketing team, the new data plan is a way of reaffirming Spectranet’s commitment toward ensuring everyone has access to cheaper and faster internet in the country.

Mr Mike Ogor, Head marketing, Spectranet said that the new data plan is borne out of the company’s desire to make internet accessible and for subscribers to connect for less the amount with internet experience that is second to none.

“Based on our aspiration of bridging the communication gap as well as building and deepening relationships and connectivity among families, businesses, etc, we have introduced this new data plan to encourage Nigerians to access the internet at an amazing cost that will enable families, organisation and individuals be more active on the net,” Mr Ogor said.

He reiterates that the new plan has been designed in such a way that suits individual pockets irrespective of their income and status-whether they are students, professionals, family, or business enterprise owners.

Mr Ogor disclosed that the N10,000 data plan comes with 25GB as against the usual 20GB while the N5, 000 data plan comes with 7GB and opportunity to roll over unused data.

Nigeria Changes Fixed-Lines Numbering Format

Naira Gains at I&E Segment, Trades N365.22/$1 Thursday
