The board of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc will meet for a crucial meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 17, 2018.
During the gathering, members of the board will consider the financial statements of the lender and forward them to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for approval before releasing it to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
“Pursuant to the post-listing requirements of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) for quoted companies, GTBank Plc hereby informs you that the board of directors of the bank is scheduled to meeting on Wednesday, October 17, 2018, to consider the Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ended September 30, 2018,” a statement from the financial institution said.
Also, GTBank has announced a closed period for the trading of its shares at the Nigerian stock market.
“Pursuant to the post-listing requirements of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) for quoted companies, we hereby inform you of the scheduled commencement of the closed period for trading in the bank’s shares on September 28, 2018, in respect of the Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ended September 30, 2018,” another statement said.
